These Partner Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between Kimmih (“we”, “us”, “our”) and any partner, service provider, or collaborator (“Partner”, “you”) offering wellness and beauty services through the Kimmih platform.
By registering or providing services with Kimmih, you agree to these Terms.
1. Partner Eligibility
To become a Partner, you must:
- Be legally permitted to provide wellness or beauty services in your jurisdiction
- Hold all required licenses, certifications, and insurance
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information
Kimmih reserves the right to approve or reject any Partner application at its discretion.
2. Independent Contractor Relationship
Partners operate as independent contractors, not employees, agents, or representatives of Kimmih.
You are solely responsible for:
- Taxes, insurance, and legal obligations
- Your equipment, materials, and workspace
- Compliance with applicable laws and regulations
3. Services & Quality Standards
Partners agree to:
- Deliver services professionally, safely, and ethically
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, care, and customer experience
- Provide services exactly as described on the platform
Kimmih may suspend or terminate partnerships if service quality standards are not met.
4. Bookings & Availability
- Partners are responsible for keeping their availability accurate
- Once a booking is confirmed, Partners must honor the appointment
- Excessive cancellations or no-shows may result in account suspension
5. Payments & Commissions
- Payment terms, commission rates, or revenue sharing will be agreed separately or displayed in the Partner dashboard
- Kimmih may deduct platform fees, service charges, or applicable taxes
- Payout schedules and methods are defined within the platform
6. Cancellations & No-Shows
- Partners must follow Kimmih’s Cancellation Policy
- Late cancellations or no-shows by Partners may result in penalties, reduced visibility, or removal from the platform
- Client no-shows will be handled according to the platform’s cancellation rules
7. Partner Content & Branding
- Partners grant Kimmih a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use their name, logo, photos, and service descriptions for marketing and platform display
- All submitted content must be accurate and not infringe on third-party rights
8. Confidentiality & Data Protection
Partners agree to:
- Keep client and platform data confidential
- Use client information solely for providing booked services
- Comply with applicable data protection laws
9. Platform Usage
Partners must not:
- Circumvent platform payments
- Solicit clients off-platform without permission
- Engage in fraudulent, misleading, or abusive behavior
Violation may result in immediate termination.
10. Suspension & Termination
Kimmih may suspend or terminate a Partner account if:
- These Terms are violated
- Legal or safety risks arise
- Service quality complaints persist
Partners may terminate their participation with written notice, subject to outstanding obligations.
11. Limitation of Liability
Kimmih is not responsible for:
- Partner-provided services
- Client injuries, losses, or damages
- Disputes between Partners and clients
Partners agree to indemnify Kimmih against claims arising from their services.
12. Changes to Partner Terms
Kimmih may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
